Intro

Samantha Kogle is a product design leader based in NYC. Currently a Product Design Director at Facebook, head of design for Design Shop. Focused on increasing Young Adult sentiment and overall engagement with Facebook by elevating the overall quality of YA experiences and bringing the recently refreshed brand to life across the product. Leading a multi-disciplinary design team in partnership with Product and Marketing.

Previously

Previously the VP of Product Design at Squarespace, head of product design, content design, and UX research. Focused on helping creators and small businesses turn their ideas into reality through websites, scheduling, and selling tools. Led a multi-disciplinary design team to create an all-in-one platform that has everything to sell anything.

Background

Samantha is an engaging, people-oriented leader that is passionate about building strong teams. She leads by example and coaches leaders across the organization how to think strategically, build relationships, and leverage diverse skills and backgrounds. She helps cultivate creative, inclusive team environments where people can bring their whole selves to work. Samantha has a proven track record of leading high-priority projects from concept to launch, scaling teams in hyper-growth, and championing processes around culture, hiring, and development.

Bio

Outside of work, Samantha plays sidekick to an animal-loving daughter, a photographer husband, and two fluffy doodles. You might catch her reading multiple books at once, soaking in sun at the beach, or binging seasons of Survivor. Samantha also enjoys helping friends and select clients with branding and identity projects.
